Luke Slawek - Founder

Luke leads the office and serves as the strategic visionary for LS+Co, shaping the long-term strategy to deliver extraordinary results. His expertise spans international business, with a particular focus on intellectual property-driven enterprises. His background includes experience across food ingredients, manufacturing, distribution, aviation, real estate, the outdoors industry, and family businesses.

Trish Slawek - Co-Founder

Trish leads with communication, operational focus, and strategic alignment. She helps ensure the firm’s long-term objectives remain clear and actionable while supporting execution across initiatives. Her experience includes service-based businesses, law office management, real estate management, and health and wellness industries.

Gloria Kelley - Deputy Chair

As Deputy Chair, Gloria serves as the primary relations representative of LS+Co. She manages the relationships and process for initial review of direct-placement deal flow and collaborates closely with the team members whose expertise best aligns with each opportunity. Her background includes relationship-driven leadership, business development, nonprofit organizations, board, governance and philanthropic initiatives.

Dave Simon - Chief Operating Officer

Dave oversees the execution of LS+Co’s strategic initiatives and operational priorities, ensuring investment activity aligns with the firm’s long-term vision, capacity, and disciplined approach to growth. His experience spans successful startup ventures, technology, software development, financial services, organizational change management, e-commerce, and the fishing industry.
